Welcome to IntelStar is a 2005 Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature awardee by renowned playwright and director Chris Martinez. This one-act play is a comedic monodrama set in IntelStar, a leading call center agency that specializes in U.S directory assistance. We, the audience, find ourselves at the welcoming orientation of the newest batch of trainees to the company. Together, we get a glimpse of what BPO life might be like, especially in the context of today's global health crisis.
